Round tables…
It was really a meeting point. Meeting at a round table, under the umbrella of the European Fashion Council (President Nadya Valeva) and the Romanian Fashion Council (President Anca Balan) . We were physically present representatives of universities and art faculties in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Representatives from other countries joined us online.
We enjoyed interesting and constructive discussions.
I have always been happy to meet new people, to hear new things, to be in the middle of interesting discussions.
I heard there about RUA, an application with an innovative concept. More in a future edition. I don’t want to reveal the whole surprise …
They were there dr.Matei Miko (Producer/Chairman TFF), Nadya Valeva (President of European Fashion Council), Anca Balan (President of Romanian Fashion Council) and the representatives of Holde.ro. Memorable moments, wonderful days in the company of exceptional people and professionals. I was honored to be there!
And so, Ariadne’s thread seems to take me on a silk road … a new one; a project that I want to take root and grow multiculturally!
That’s because I researched this fiber in its intimate structure, I wrote about it in Romanian fashion but in a European context and not only. I traveled with silk and crossed the history of Romanian clothing. Silk was the hero of my writings and a guide in my journey.
Because in its complex matrix, silk encompasses history, civilization, art, fashion!
A fiber that deserves to be brought back on the podium!
Fragile and strong at the same time, the silk returns!
Our skin deserves it!
